We want you to love your soap. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email info@eastvillagesoapco.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

Because our products are personal care items, we can't take back opened or used products. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.
